The People of Mathare
My name is Winnie Munanie and I am thirteen years old. I am in class 6. We are 8 members in our family with three sisters. I enjoy being in the Mwelu Foundation since it is giving me a good chance in life that I have not seen in any other organisation around Mathare.
My dream is to be a photographer just like my father. I enjoy Julius‘ way of teaching photography. I am the first born in our family and I would like to be the light in our family and to make the most of the Mwelu Foundation opportunity.
