The People of Mathare
I am Simon Onyango Adhiambo.
I am a 14 year old and in our family there are 5 children. I stay with my mum because my father became somehow mentally disturbed and so he was taken up-country. But now he is getting better.
I am a pupil at Valley View Academy. In our class we have 47 pupils. I like taking photos and going to church. I like photography because I have so much hope of becoming a professional photographer. Being a photographer will assist me and my family to have a better life in future.
