Rachael Anyango Ouko
I am Rachael Anyango Ouko. I oversee the Mwelu Foundation’s administrative activities. I also run our livelihoods programme.
I am a proud mother of two and an avid photographer. My work has been featured in Kenya and Europe. My father died when I was still young and my mother abandoned us. When I was a young girl my father used to dream of being a photographer one day but he did not make it – he died before his dream could come true. So for me, I would like to go on with the dream that my father had. I know I will make it if I work hard.
