Peter Gikonyo
MMy names are Peter Gikonyo 14 years of age,I live in this negatively transformed slum called mathare it is the second largest slum in Kenya .I stay in a family of 6 excluding my biological parents ,I joined the Mwelu Foundation in the year 2007, photography being the main activity trained it has caused most of us to discover the journalism skills .
Apart from that I have been participating in different films that have created a great challenge to the residents of the slum during the screenings in the other part of the studio I learn at ST. JAMES LEARNING AND FEEDING PROGRAMME I being one of the candidates to sit for my K.C.P.E exams this year
