The Mwelu Foundation

My name is Grace Audi Elisha. I stay with my Mum in Mathare. I can’t stay with my Dad because he is jobless and lives up-country in a village. Life is good but sometimes it’s not that good. Because sometimes we lack most of the things that we need to survive like shelter and food.

I am a member of the Mwelu Foundation where I am the Minister of Information in the Mwelu Foundation Parliament.

I am 14 years old and my dream is to become a photographer. I hope I will make it. I have two brothers one in form four and another in form two, both in a boarding school in Nyanza province. I am in class eight in St Teresa’s Girls’ Primary School. I want to know more about photography.
