Many houses in the slum are covered in graffiti written by various groups and gangs. They write their motto as a way of marking their territory.

This young boy has rented this bike – 1KSh ($0.015) for one lap of the nearby open area.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a print. We believe selling our photographs is a more sustainable means of lifting ourselves out of poverty than simply seeking donations.

Your order will be handled by Photobox, who will print and dispatch your items and collect payment on our behalf. How does this work?
